Yet more contractor antics

treeskinContractor called this morning, saying that he can't get any of his crew to show up because it's too cold to work, and that he won't be here. Oh, and NONE of his crew know anything about the broken stairs. Which is funny, because someone made two attempts to make a half-assed fix on it, so SOMEONE knew it was buggered.
After I threw a fit, he's coming out by himself to fix the stairs enough to get through the day. There is some debate as to whether or not he realizes that we are holding him responsible for fixing the stairs properly.
And, if he gives me too much lip about it this morning, I get to tell him to grab his tools and hit the road. And I have a list of what tools are his.
