Well, the ipomoea was on the list for last week, but wasn't one of the plants they had to ID for that quiz. The coreopsis, leaves and flowers, was there in person.
What Donna does for the quizzes is setup one plant per table, 14-20 plants, and the students have to provide botanical name, common name, family, and three facts about culture.
They've mixed up some amazing things. Two weeks ago, she was nasty to them and gave them a pile of aster family things to do. Judging from the test scores, marigolds and calendula and goldenrod and coreopsis are all identical.
