(no subject)

Well, according to the PT staff, I'm the Wicked Witch of the West today. And they don't mean that nicely. Do I care? Not really. The three in question officially made it onto my hit list with the f*** you's yesterday after lunch. The boss says document everything and give it to him---before, it wasn't worth the trouble. Now, I'm going to be looking for things to document. Every tree they hit with a mower, every complaint about them mowing/driving too fast, every time they're sent to do something and disappear, and every time the one kid pads his time card......I'll be quite cheerful if they're all gone by December.

Another run-in with the PT staff, more f-bombs dropped, three more discussions with Maintenance Supervisor, and one written and signed complaint against the two PT in question (of which Maintenance Supervisor has one copy, and I've locked the original up). Maintenance Supervisor (MS) spent about half an hour talking to them this time....it's very frustrating, other places they'd be fired before it got this far. MS says he'll talk to the Grounds Supervisor (my immediate boss) tomorrow when he gets back. Argh. That's very effective. Neither of the PT that are really problems work on Fridays.

Like I said before, I wasn't actively out to get the guys in question before, but I am now. MS says document infractions and give him the documentation, and I plan to. I'll be actively looking for them to screw up.

I ended up standing on the sidewalk venting at the campus insurance guy, who is a pleasant sympathetic fellow....he had some good advice. Calm down, cool down, and go up to HR with my written complaints when I'm rational.
