treeskinAnother run-in with the PT staff, more f-bombs dropped, three more discussions with Maintenance Supervisor, and one written and signed complaint against the two PT in question (of which Maintenance Supervisor has one copy, and I've locked the original up). Maintenance Supervisor (MS) spent about half an hour talking to them this time....it's very frustrating, other places they'd be fired before it got this far. MS says he'll talk to the Grounds Supervisor (my immediate boss) tomorrow when he gets back. Argh. That's very effective. Neither of the PT that are really problems work on Fridays.
Like I said before, I wasn't actively out to get the guys in question before, but I am now. MS says document infractions and give him the documentation, and I plan to. I'll be actively looking for them to screw up.
I ended up standing on the sidewalk venting at the campus insurance guy, who is a pleasant sympathetic fellow....he had some good advice. Calm down, cool down, and go up to HR with my written complaints when I'm rational.
