Well, according to the PT staff, I'm the Wicked Witch of the West today. And they don't mean that nicely. Do I care? Not really. The three in question officially made it onto my hit list with the f*** you's yesterday after lunch. The boss says document everything and give it to him---before, it wasn't worth the trouble. Now, I'm going to be looking for things to document. Every tree they hit with a mower, every complaint about them mowing/driving too fast, every time they're sent to do something and disappear, and every time the one kid pads his time card......I'll be quite cheerful if they're all gone by December.

Nope. I have held in reserve the hammer called Vice President, to be followed by the hammer called HR.

The Vice President stopped me on the sidewalk for a chat today, and got an honest, but (for me) tactful answer to "so, how are things going here?" I assured him that Maintenance Supervisor said he would handle the matter, and I would be in VP's office if MS didn't.
