My own fault, I know. I'd been good last night, and gotten off IM close to my curfew, but stayed up late talking with By about the show last night.
Was virtuous in the garden yesterday evening, for all values of virtue which equal getting a flat of plants in the ground. Morning glories, and I found and set up something for them to climb, too. Go me!
I guessed right about the intern's probable performance at the show last night--no good for anything. Couldn't follow instructions, didn't dress appropriately, and spent more time posing and trying to look cool than actually working. By was not amused.
Had a largish project struck from my list today--the 6am tank of Roundup isn't happening, because there are people already set up for the event in that parking lot. And while I could work around them, it tends to upset people, being that close to the chemical apps. Probably for the best--I **could** do it today, but don't know that I **should** on 4 1/2 hrs sleep. So work today will be trash, and dodging all the extra people on campus, and checking on a couple of trees, then hiding in the water truck with my knitting.
By doesn't know what his schedule will be today. He's waiting to hear from Robyn, to see if she's decided to have him babysit her work in the fashion show tonight, or if she's having someone else do it. If he doesn't have to go in, he's going to the safety defrag (I'm tired enough now I don't think I'll want to).
