If it's not one thing, it's another

The trees won't get moved until next Wed, now, 'cuz we can't move the trees until the fences are out of the way.

Which is lovely, becuase I won't be here to direct the move next Wed, I'll be in KC MO at a tree disease and pests seminar.

The sock report

First time I've picked up the alpaca socks in a while, so the yarn felt really strange last night. Not used to it anymore. But, I put almost 2" on the second sock, which leaves me about 5 rows shy of starting the heel shaping. So, I ought to have these done by the end of the weekend.

I finished the first of the Turkish socks for Robyn while we were in Iowa, but I got the stranding too tight in the leg, so the next job is to rip that out (only about 3" worth), and knit it looser. But, since I already started the second sock, that may wait until it's off the needles. I don't think I could justify to By the purchase of *another* set of #2 sock needles.
