Sis called just as I walked in the door tonight. Grandma got home from the hospital around midnight last night. The docs say she had pulled or torn a muscle in her chest. She says she has no idea how it happened, she didn't do anything, honest. Which is typical for my grandmother--stubbornly attempting things beyond her reach or condition (she's 80, and about 4'8" these days.)

And, for those wise enough to not read under the cut on my last post--my uncle took my grandmother tot he hospital yesterday evening for chest pain. They thought it was a heart attack initially, then said it could be any one of six things. Thankfully, it turned out to be the mildest of those things.

Whew.

glad to hear it. *hugs*

(though, I do sense a bit of her stubborness coming through in her grand-daughter) *ducks and runs* ;-)

*shrug* What can I say?

Might as well make target-worthy comments today...my knee's not in any condition to chase down offender tonight. (To the point of, one of the booths at the conference was giving away 1" square yardsticks, and I used the one I picked up as a walking stick all day.)

Well, I wouldn't run too fast... just enough to stay out of reach. ;-)

Of course, I might duck behind and offer a back rub as a way to make up. :-)
