Dec. 8th, 2005 02:21 pmFirst batch of bread is out of the oven--rolls, actually, stuffed with a mix of velveeta and shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Batch #2, foccaccia, is on its final rise.
And, I've got a pile of cheese bits for stuffing leftover. The only logical thing to do with that is get the yeast back out, melt more butter, and do another batch.
Gosh, the house smells good.
