treeskinNo, the white stuff that's all over the news hasn't affected us much. Yet. We've got a dusting on the ground, and it looked like it was starting to accumulate on the road and driveway, before it got too dark to see.
Mom says she's got blizzard conditions right now--mostly the same half inch of snow blowing around, she thinks, but blowing so hard you can't see anything. And they closed I-70 from Salina west, as of midafternoon. (That's east of Mom, about 50 miles.) Hopefully, not much of that will make it to our end of the state.
Mom didn't know if Sis had made it home yet; Sis and family had gone to Texas to see the sperm donor.
The travel arrangements are done, By's mom got my name right on the tickets this time (yay!). One less thing to worry about. I've called or notified most of the people I needed to. (I hope. I've spent a frightful amount of "business time" on the phone today.) I've finished a couple of string projects, washed and blocked them, and I'm going to go do squares now.
