It was warmer yesterday when I left the house, than it will be all day today. Ah, spring in Kansas.

Didn't get a damn thing done yesterday, at home or at work. Spent my work day (except for two hours of goofing off/helping Donna water the greenhouse) watching the shop, handing out keys, and laughing at the cluster f**k that is our fleet scheduling system. Snuck out of work 15 minutes early, because the boss wanted to leave early, spent 2 hrs at the greenhouse, came home and crashed. By came home from his meeting fairly late, and woke me up for bed...so now I've got a kinked spot in my neck, from sleeping on the floor.

But I get to leave here at 2:30 today, and that does make things a little brighter.

We might not go out to camp tonight. We're just not ready yet, and we were both so tired this morning....Besides, it's supposed to be 38 tonight, and that's a bit much for sleeping in a tent.

I agree with you, I was considering about the same thing, since I am done at noon, however, I'm going to be a good girl (for once in my life) and make sure all my homework, projects, etc. are done today and tomorrow so that I can come out on sunday without a major attack of the guilts. If I don't get stuff done, as much as I would like to come out, I will buckle down, get through these last two weeks of hell (otherwise known as nursing school) so that post May 11, when it is all over, I can jump into Heartland prep with both feet!!! Grrrr. I wish school was over already.

Same here,
I know I want to come out and work and Play, but I'm nailed to this desk till Finals are over.
I'm just very thankful to the Universe that Finals are over Before Hearland starts.

Hey Jera, It sounds like you have made the Berm of the Gods, can't wait to see it!

By built the berm, I just provided the materials. It's a good start, anyway.

So how much more of that do you have, anyway? Don't think I've ever heard when you graduate.

Isn't that what snuggling is for? To keep you warm through those cold nights? You oculd always bring one or two of the furry children (the better behaved, been outdoors before ones) along for extra heat generation too...

Get any of the fur children outside, they cease to be well behaved, even the old gimpy ones.
