(no subject)

Spent yesterday (and a good chunk of Sunday, for that matter) being a bum. Did accomplish a few things over the weekend: my bulbs are in the ground, I remembered to gather castor bean seeds for school, finally caught up with the laundry. Tristan laid hands on the computer Sunday, and it's not completely fixed, but much better. (Thanks, sweetie!) Made onion and sage bread last night, and just had fresh bread for dinner. With butter. A very balanced meal.

Packed kilt hose in my take-to-work bag; I'll see if I can enforce the "do not bother JR at lunchtime" rule, and get something done on those. Started a couple of crocheting projects, to use up some yarn. One's an afghan for me, a pattern idea I've been playing with for a while. If it still looks good when it's 20" or so across, I'll consider getting some better yarn, in intentional colors, and make it again.

Had a pile of papers on my desk this morning with a note that just said "Please? I only got to the key." And a bribe--she left chocolate on top of the pile. So, I'm grading quizzes again this morning. Coke and quizzes, that sounds like some new club drug.
