...makes Treeskin a little closer to functional this morning.

The bulk of the daffs and grape hyacinth are in the ground. Ought to be very nice, mid to late Aprilish next spring (south end of the warehouse at JCCC, in case you're interested). Leftover bulbs will get scattered on the tree trail, if it doesn't rain today. Then I start tulips; I've got a couple of small beds where the annuals need to be pulled.

The Unsock Report: started a project-in-mind last night rather than working on the Round Trip sweater. I know, I know, bad Treeskin. But this one has a deadline, less than 3 weeks, and I'd really like to have it in time. I've been pondering a set of knitted lace fingerless gloves to complete my outfit for the annual show; started swatching lace patterns last night. #10 crochet cotton, my trusty #2 needles, beige right now, because it's easier to see than fine knitting in black yarn. Brought the lace with me to work today, too (I hope to spend the afternoon knitting). This evening's plans include a movie and the Round Trip sweater.

The Sock Report: got another inch done of the ribbing of the Timber Frame socks. Only 10 rnds left; I ought to have those done today.
