Alright, alright, I'll do it.

The problem with LJ: we all think we are so close, but really we know nothing about each other.
I want you to ask me something you think you should know about me. Something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about.
Ask away. Then post this in your LJ and find out what people don't know about you.

Date: 2004-11-11 01:29 pm (UTC)Um. I don't know what to say. There are a lot of things I do that make me calmer, or relaxed, but that's not what you're asking. Snuggling with Byron (and one or two select people I trust enough to let my guard down with), I guess. Playing with the cats. Coming inside to warm dry clothes and a mug of hot chocolate after working a snow shift.
I don't feel at ease in a lot of places/situations. I may enjoy myself, but I'm usually a little edgy.
Does it show that much?

Date: 2004-11-11 03:49 pm (UTC)I do like to think I'm better than I was. I know I'm more at ease around other people than I was when By first met me.
For a while, my entire social circle consisted of people who knew my background and knew what not to do/say--that went a long ways towards making me feel safe, but I've thought since then that I got too used to it. If that makes any sense at all....

Date: 2004-11-13 04:31 am (UTC)Summer: the last of the daffodils, and then the heat, because my knees don't hurt
Autumn: I'm usually ready for the slowing down by September
Winter: the break, and snow if I'm inside watching it, and not shovelling
Generally, I like the movement across the seasons--I think I'd be bored somewhere with less seasonal change.
