Rain rain rain

treeskinGuess I won't be watering trees today, we've had an ich of rain already this morning, and it's still coming down hard.
Got to bed early last night(9-ish), and the world is a brighter place today. OR it would be, if it wasn't raining. Did get a little knitting done, one full pattern repeat on the Orenburg-style scarf (so about 2.5"). It's 24" long, as of last night, so I'm 1/3 of the way done. Yay! And I managed to crawl over the pile in the sewing room last week, enough to get the other skein of orange alpaca out, so I can do my second sock. Probably will start that soon. Not going to do anything else this morning.
