treeskinSis just called. They're taking Grandma by ambulance to the big hospital in Salina. Mom and Uncle M are following, Sis will meet them there.
Sis says Mom was crying too much for her to get much info out of Mom, so she doesn't know anything else. But, when I talked to Grandma last night, she'd said that her doc had been in to see her on her day off (never a good sign), and he'd been talking about calling to make an appointment for her surgery tomorrow, after the holiday. So this does not bode well.
Sis is supposed to call me once she knows more. I may be making a rush trip west, leaving By here with the kids.
