Yes there are, as the author of the article clearly states.

And I never said that TN was any better than the rest of the "stupid states" ie, those that are increasingly ruled by fundamentalist christians. :-P Remeber, even when it comes to evolution, we were the first to take it to court, with the Scopes monkey trial.
