This is a women after my own heart. As a person who was raised by hill folk from Arkansas, I can tell you that if you hang the possum in the smoke house for a few days it will taste better in the stew :)

I'm quite fond of her. She was raised in the low-rent end of town, and has no pretensions of being anything else, but she can clean up and play "proper" when she needs to. And in the middle of that, pop off with a recipe for roast possum.
