1 box croutons
10-12 egs
8 oz shredded cheese
3 - 3 1/2 c milk
8 - 10 oz diced ham (other meats work as well)
1 tsp dry mustard powder
1 small onion, diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic
Grease 9 x 13" pan. Spinkle with croutons. Spriknle on cheese and ham. Mix eggs with milk and spices. Pour over croutons, cheese, and ham. Make at 325 for 1 hour. Serves 8 - 10 people. Can split recipe, and bake in an 8x8 pan.
