I finished a project last night, got the pattern written up, and am considering submitting it to CrochetMe magazine (it's an online crochet magazine, if y'all haven't seen it yet). The pattern is a simple pineapple-stitch scarf, lacy, but done in a very fuzzy yarn, so it looks (to me, anyway) like a nice combination of current fashion and antique charm. By likes it. I'd meant to get a picture, but that'll have to wait for me to remember to charge the batteries in the camera again.

Anyway....would my crocheting friends be interested in such a pattern? Do you know folks that would wear it? (Besides me, obviously. We all know I'm a geek, and have a geek's fashion sense.)

Other comments?

I'd be interested, although my crochet skills are pretty minimal.

Nothing wrong with that. In fact, you'd make a good pattern tester. I'm used to writing things out for myself, and I've crocheted for 25+ years, so what I do for myself is pretty minimal. I could use someone with less experience to go through the pattern and make sure it's clear.
