Oct. 1st, 2005 09:09 amSometimes, I just can't help myself.
The half-full grocery bag of plastic snakes and spiders, left over from when my "good" boss retired 2 years ago, has been in my locker all this time. And it's been calling me, all week. So, finally, now that I've got the shop mostly to myself (the weekend guy won't blab), I decorated the office. 6-9" plastic snakes are hanging in all of the keyboxes, and the hanging file with the shop records, and in the top two drawers in Shop Steward's desk, and on top of the phone. I put the last bag of spiders (a dozen or so) in the drawer, and on top of the keyboard and monitor and files.
Not that any of them are realistic enough to give Shop Steward a good scare (he has a serious spider thing), and I'd bet he's expecting something like this, but I'd hate to leave without leaving a little something behind to say "I'll missmessing with you guys."
