More of that stupid white stuff

But they had enough people staying late at work last night that the white stuff was pretty much taken care of. And the sun's out, that always helps. Going home tonight will be much easier than coming in, or By's trip home last night: it took him 2.5 hours to get home yesterday. Eeep.

Managed to dope the cat yesterday (baby asprin), which seemed to help his bad leg. Only stuff I could find was cherry-flavored, which Tuffy seemed to find very offensive. Had to hold his jaw open and squirt it in, then get out of the way quick before he bit me. I gave him a bit of chicken, to apologize for the indignity.

Have 26 temari balls finished so far. I'd hoped to get a bunch done Sunday on the road trip, but was carsick instead. Still got lots of time to get it done, though.

Our camp mom has started hitting the bushes for a head count for our camp at Heartland. We're looking at 27 people in the camp or eating with us, which is more than enough. But K says a fair number probably won't be coming, because of money or distance. Yours truly will not be spending four days doing nothing but kitchen this year, and I'd rather not see K or L do that either.
