A Wizard of Oz moment

There was a house blocking Hwy 7 on my way in to work this morning. On a trailer, which was in the median. The house stuck out on either side. North-bound traffic was being routed up and over the exit and on ramps for Shawnee Mission Parkway; south-bound traffic was passing on the right shoulder. As best I could tell (this was at 5:45 am, mind), a tire on the trailer had blown out. There were lots of vehicles with flashy emergency lights, and busy-looking people scurrying to and fro.

Took it easy yesterday. Puttered online in the morning, took recycling in and got groceries in the afternoon. A little laundry in the evening.

By's working for Robyn today and tomorrow, or that was the plan last night. We'll see.
