project updates (knitting, etc)

October, the Month of Many Projects, finished, and I do have a little to show for it:

* crochet sweater for me, nearly done (working on last or next-to-last row of collar)

* knit sweater for The Boy, finished

* knitted circular afghan, done

* snowflakes for Mom, 59 done, 20 of those starched so far. (Actually have more starched, but I reused my already mixed starch 2 days later, and that batch has yellowed, so I've got to wash them and do it again.) I want to have 65 or 70, so I'm close to done.

* crochet jacket for The Miss, little progress

* Ladybug jacket for The Miss, needs buttons: I have the buttons now!

Doll List projects
* a knit dress, in blue Aunt Lydia's bamboo crochet thread: done, even with buttons
* a sewn, solid color dress: not even started yet
* sewn/constructed chair, based on a pincushion pattern, not even started
* penny rugs, out of felt; the felt is here, and it is lovely, trying to decide on a pattern


Holiday projects I *want* to get done before Yule
* sweater socks for Sis and her family
* silly hat for D
* dressy hat and scarf for someone else
* school-bus shaped scarves for the kids' bus driver and bus aide
* snowflakes (yes, more) for teachers and aides
