treeskinFinally talked to Mom. Grandma is in decent spirits, because she's had a shot of morphine and half a can of diet Dr Pepper, and both have kicked in :) They've taken her off of her usual dose of blood thinners and given her plasma, so she'll be up for surgery tomorrow.
Mom said the usual stuff about everyone feeling guilty if I drove all that way, etc etc, so I should plan to come up when Grandma's been moved back to Lincoln for her recovery, and plan to spend an afternoon playing cards. So, I guess that's what we'll plan on.
