Byron says, holding one of the kittens: "You and I are going to have a little talk about paws and early morning nose stuffing...."

(In case you're wondering, the kitten was trying to get in between us, and just stuck paws wherever they fit. But is does sound dreadful, doesn't it?)

Followed a few minutes later by an oft-heard refrain in our house: "No toes! No toes!"

Baby mammals. Gotta love 'em.
