The Sock Report

Got the heel done on the first of T's kilt hose, only to find that I'd misjudged the cable pattern, and so the @#$@# cables on the back of the leg were several rows off from the front.

**sigh**

Ok, put that sock on waste yarn, save it for T to try on for Sunday, work on the other. Which, two days later, is also off.

I was trying to avoid charting the heels on these, but obviously, I can't track this pattern in my head. Dammit. So, back to the frog pond.

My sole consolation is that they do fit T, perfectly. (Which is scary, these things are HUGE.) Oh, and I have #2 circs now, so as I go up the legs (whenever I get that far) I can go to that, and save myself the trouble of keeping umpty-million sts on 4 dpn's.
