Oct. 7th, 2011 11:53 amWhen it rains, it pours.
On top of all the worry with Grandma this week, my neighbor totalled her car on the way home from work, in the midst having adventures in elder care with her grandfather. So she is off today to check out cheap, sturdy cars, then to deal with medicaid and hospice paperwork. And then I'll go over to her place and plant some things I gave her, since she's too stiff and sore from her accident to do it herself.
And D still doesn't know if she'll lose her house next month.
When did being an adult get to be so hard?
