1) Thanks to a friend, the kids have a playhouse now, one of those molded plastic ones that looks like a log cabin. Complete with windows and a door that they can open and close and tumbl?e out of.
2) Mom and Sis are trying to convert me to the dark side.....I mean, convert me to quilting. They send me pics of fabric, and Sis has started sending me patterns she thinks I should make. I've tried telling them I already have enough hobbies, but they don't believe me.
3) The BoyChild's new trick is tumbling over the top of the papasan chair, usually into his sister. The Miss is not impressed by the new trick.
4) The Miss is a little con artists who managed to wheedle *3* bouquets out of me yesterday. I ncluding one of my scarlet zinnias. I am the big bad mommy for not giving her one of the others today, but there's only three (so far), and I'd like to enjoy them for a few days before letting her decimate them.
5) I am still resisting planting anything else until we're back from our trip. Yyou have no idea how hard this is for me.
