The Morning Mystery
Feb. 16th, 2011 10:40 amThe morning mystery: where did The Miss leave her diaper, and how bad is it going to smell when I find it?
Am trying to take advantage of the don't-want-to-wear-diapers mood, and have put her into very bright little girl panties. Hopefully, I can re-start potty training, which she lost interest in more than a year ago. So far, she does not want me to help her use her potty chair, she wants to do it herself. Doesn't even want me in the room. Which means I've cleaned up one mess today, because she didn't get to her toilet in time. So it goes.
We accomplished most of what we wanted to this weekend....watered the greenhouse, vacummed and shampooed carpet, generally cleaned. And made cookies, which are already gone, so that needs to happen again soon.
Have not picked the big afghan back up, and I need to. It's a big pile of stuff I'd like to get out of the house. Been indulging in embroidery lately instead. Nothing fancy, just some smallish samplers and fun pieces, made smaller by working on 32-ct linen over 1.
