Oct. 8th, 2005 07:52 amRemember I mentioned the crazy housekeeper, a day or so back? The one who called claiming she had bug bites either from the cat, or from the extra plants in the greenhouse?
That blew up yesterday afternoon. Seems she got a statement from her doctor saying she had "bug mite bites" (that's what she said, honest) and that they only could have come from the greenhouse cat, and she took that statement up to HR and filed a complaint.
HR sent Donna an email saying that she had to take the cat in to get checked (which she did at 5pm last night, her vet's very understanding), and that they would have to come in and inspect the entire facility for potential sites of insect infestation.
Now, all this wouldn't be a problem had the stupid bitch just followed instructions, and left the damn cat alone. She's complained to Donna for months about the cat, trying to force Donna to get rid of her, and Donna's told her to just leave Lily in the shower room, and we'd clean that room. But, no. Can't have that.
So now, we're waiting to see what kind of fallout this crazy bitch is going to cause. She's been causing problems since the first night she was assigned to this building; the only bright spot we're looking at now is that HR also recommended the bitch be reassigned to another building. That's great news, it'd be nice to get a custodian in here who was intelligent enough to follow instructions and do the job.
