Jul. 27th, 2005 07:14 amStill only one computer in the shop. Must remember to go poke the boss about that. If he wants me to do that plant inventory nonsense this winter, I'll need another computer in here. Preferably, the one with all my plant lists already on it. Grrrr.
Woke up all joint-achy today, I think from the cool spell. Should have worn jeans today. Oh well. Motivation to get up and get moving, I guess.
Was out a bit later than intended last night--we went to the PR meeting for HSA last night, because By had business there, and I wanted to visit the baby. Got to wear the new shawl (because I got Spiral Nebula blocked yesterday, and the weather was perfect for it), which was fun. It's very soft, and next to no weight, for as large as the fabric is. Must knit with mohair more often.
Other than that, not much news. The contractors I was bitching about on Sat did finally come out and do what they were supposed to, on Tuesday (not Monday, as the guy told me he would). The work isn't done the way I want it done, but it's not bad enough to be worth the hassle of dragging their butts back out here. Note to self--do my best to get R******l Nursery off the bid list. Just don't have the time to dick around with a company who cuts corners that bad on their warranty work.
