"I need a nap" is my new theme song

Having a busy, short weekend last weekend has screwed up my entire week. My sense of time, and what day of the week I'm at, is even more messed up than usual. I've looked at the calender three times this morning to remind myself it's Friday, and I can stay home tomorrow.

If I want to, at least. By said last night that Robyn is going out to her property tomorrow, to look at and measure a site for a cabin, and she invited us along. I've still got that groggy "go away and let me sleep" feel, so the trip doesn't sound appealing right now. But it might tomorrow. The responsible adult voice in my head is also saying I should stay home and clean tomorrow. The hallway in from the back door is beginning to look like a feline Walk Of Shame--I counted eight hairballs or puked up bits of stuff from the compost bowl on the floor last night. So, I need to clean that up, and empty the proto-compost into the flowerbed, and clean the kitchen, and....


The UnSock Report: been too tired to do string lately, but I have finished two more temari, so I''ve only got 10 left to finish the box. There will be pictures, when it's done. Maybe even closeups, if I can get someone with a steadier hand to run the camera.
