I need a nap.
Dec. 18th, 2004 06:13 amI know. I say that a lot this time of year. But I really do.
Got home from the show a bit after 10 last night. Gak. Was after midnight when we wound down enough for bed. The show went well, lightly attended, mostly friends, but a couple of them bought things, and By expects to see one fellow again tomorrow, when his girlfriend isn't around.
Had a lovely time talking with Robyn while it was slow, plants, and art things. She gave me some potential solutions for implementing an idea on a book cover, plus some doll-making stuff she'd seen recently. Too many ideas. I need to write them down today while they're still in my head.
Today's agenda is work (as in at work, not a lot of work), followed by home, and laundry, and bed. The kitchen desperately needs cleaned, but that will have to wait until after tomorrow's performance. I'm just too tired today.
Frank actually called and left TWO messages on the answering machine yesterday....the first saying he was going to be home sometime last night, and a later one saying maybe sometime today. (We'd chided him for not letting us know when he was going to be gone for a week. *I* think that's polite, when he's expecting us to feed his cat, don't you?)
