Came home last night...

treeskin...tired, cranky, and stressed, and so I got NOTHING done at all. Ok, a little bit, one temari (for a total of 27), but that barely counts.
HSA had received an angry email from a patron who was upset about the new pricing (not that I blame them, mind, but I know *why* the prices are set as they are). Our Pres posted the email and his commendably reasonable response to the list, and Asswipe just had to chime in with what summed up to "well, if you can't afford it, tought shit, the festival's not for you anyway." Very vulgar language, very bad attitude, and not at all appropriate for the list. And this is the same Asswipe who complains about being ignored or squelched when the moderators told him to back off last month. Gak. This month's meeting (this coming Sunday) is going to be a doozy.
New Boss commented this morning that Damian the Terrible has reapplied for a grounds part-time job twice since May (which was when New Boss started). That's the last thing we need around here, having him back...we're still trying to reform or get rid of the PT staff who absorbed too much of his attitude before. New Boss says he won't get hired back, starting with Damian's application "Reason for leaving: will be discussed in interview." New Boss doesn't plan to give him one.
New Boss is trainable after all.
