In no particular order
Feb. 8th, 2011 09:31 amPumpkin-spice bagels have the 3-yr-old seal of approval. Lightly toasted, if you please, with cream cheese.
The BoyChild was up at 430 this morning, up and padding around the house. He would have gotten away with it if he hadn't grabbed my arm as a hand-hold to get on the bed.
Which wouldn't have been a big deal, if The Miss hadn't been up and chirpy at 7am. She woke By first, then bounced in to me, and we sent her back and forth for a while, trying to doze.
Someday, these two will appreciate the joys of sleeping in.
The snow is out of today's forecast, and now we're only expecting a little overnight, which is great. Two more days of freeze-your-tender-bits cold, then it's supposed to start warming up.
Project update: have assembled and attached rows 5 and 6 to the big afghan. I have assembled 6 of the 7 blocks for the last row, because I started to doze off last night in the middle of my stitching. By got more yarn on his last trip to the store, so I've got enough to do the border.
