I just want everyone to know...

...that I made it until 4pm before cracking open my second can of Coke today. And I'd had three!!! bottles of water in between cans of cold carbonated goodness.

Better than me.... *as I sit sipping a Dr. Pepper*

It's my after-festival resolution. I'd intended to spend the spring weaning myself off soda, but with all the stress and frenzy of teaching AND plant sale AND other stuff, well....I back-slid. A lot. It's shameful.

I figured that summer is the best time to really try it again--less pressure, and the heat and being outside makes the soda a lot less appealing. Donna's brought a sun-tea jar to work, and we're both going to try to cut back.

Oooooo! Sun tea is good! :-)

I am waiting until I get down to Jackson to cut off my soda intake. I plan on having my coffee pot set up there (no room for it really in the RV) and that will be sweetened with sugar if anything. No high fructose corn syrup for me.

Sun tea with herbs is even better. Five kinds of mint, basils, balm, and rose petals. Mmmmm.

No water? **waggles finger at you**

You ought to be drinking water every time you go back and scold Byron about it.

BTW--have you watered those plants I gave you lately?

I forgot to nag him about water today to :(

The plants at the store are doing fantastic. Growing and thriving even :)
