Feeling somewhat better now

after thieving the college's toner and 75 pieces of paper taking a few moments to print off a book (yes, a whole book!) of recorder quartets...Opusculum Neuwer Pauanen/Galliarden/Couranten/vnnd Volte compiled by Thomas Simpson in 1610. Woo-hoo. Even had a notebook handy to put it in. I do love the college's hihg-speed connection. Don't think the modem at home could have handled downloading a 75-pg pdf.

lol! though it would give you plenty of knitting time while you waited for it to download.... ;)

True, but it's more fun to do it at work. I was good and worked hard most of the morning, this was my reward.

If I'd been thinking this morning, I would have grabbed a couple of recorders, so I could take my new music out in the back field, hide under some trees, and practice.

Took me a while to find it again. It (and other fun things) is at the Thomas Simpson page (http://icking-music-archive.org/ByComposer/Simpson.htm) on the Werner Icking Music Archive. Have fun!
