More knitting progress
No, I haven't done dishes lately, why do you ask?
1. Fenna shawl -- finished Sunday morning, wore it to the HSA meeting, got petted a lot. Mission accomplished.
2. Aran sandal sox -- finished on the way home from the meeting Sunday afternoon, wore them to the seminars today. Warm feet good.
3. Started playing with a pattern last night, towards using up that wool singles yarn. I'm borrowing a lovely lacy scallop start and finish from a bookmark pattern, and cowrie and kelp texture patterns from something posted on the knitted-lace list a while back. It's cool so far, 36-row repeat I may have to graph for my sanity, but cool. Took it with me to play with between talks today, it's 8" along (most of that was knitted last night, though.)
4. Am currently in progress on the sleeve for By's sweater, and not too far from done.
